ZERO STARS! STAY AWAY! I rented a 130 sq ft warehouse for 5 months. During that time rain entered on 2 occasions, but the manager failed to fix it properly. Upon moving out, I discovered that my new sofa, a carpet, and several pieces of art were damaged beyond repair; other pieces were damaged as well. The owner has refused to make compensation.
