Our offices are located in Louisville, KY, and Bowling Green, KY.
However, we represent clients residing throughout Kentucky,
Indiana, Southern Illinois, and elsewhere. We have presented
applications at USCIS (formerly INS) district offices, USCIS service
centers, and Immigration Courts throughout the U.S.A..


Mr. David Funke is a former Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) officer, and
devotes 90% of his practice to immigration. Ms. Angela Kortz Funke is admitted to the
Kentucky Bar and devotes 90% of her practice to securing lawful status for immigrant
families in American communities. The office participates in teaching  legal education  
courses in immigration law for other lawyers, judges, and the public.
