I had booked a hummer limo with Ambassador for my wedding. My wedding day comes and the limo did not arrive at the correct time nor was it a hummer. After talking with the manager, he said they sent the hummer limo to ohio and it was not back yet. They were going to call me that morning but "couldn't find the time to." That was the last thing I needed to deal with on my wedding day. If they would have contacted me that morning and let me know that I would not be getting what I asked and paid for, then maybe this review would be better and get higher stars. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because I atleast got a refund. I will never book with this company again or recommend it to anyone.
