Don’t use this company if you like your car. I called them for replacement of a lost key, a Hispanic guy came and after few hours of trying while he was on the phone for the whole time he said said that he couldn’t program the key due to my car model, he promised to come next day with his Machanic but he never comes back ;he left the dashboard teared apart. A guy replied to my text after asking him if he was going to come fix it, he told me to find someone else. Now my car is not fixed and a guy doesn’t even what to put the part together which he had separated. Instead of offering the service I was asking for they left a mess to my car.

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!, 01-17-2018 10:02AM

I'd give these people zero stars if I could. I locked my keys in my truck on one afternoon right after we had back to back snow storms in the area. Luckily, there was a warm place where I could make the phone call to this company to arrange for them to come unlock my truck. They told me they were less than 10 mins away from me & that they would call when they got there. After it had been 1 HOUR, I called them to find out what was going on, and the guy very rudely told me that he had been there, that he'd tried to call AND text me several times. I assured him he must have dialed the wrong number, however, he just kept on insisting. He even went so far as to say he just checked his call log! The guy was literally flat out lying! I even checked my phone records later just to be sure, and in fact, I didn't receive any calls or texts during that time frame. I had even called back because my keys were obviously still in my car, but he refused to "come back". (even though he was never there to begin with). So there I was, stuck without keys, in a snow storm, and no other options, they flat out lied and left a woman stranded in a snow storm.
